% 14.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- It is therefore prayed that a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ be issued in view of the above said facts and circumstances the Order dated 22.06.2015 passed by Respondent No.2 (Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Finance) be quashed and the petitioner be permitted to participate in the tenders floated by the Respondents. Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper be also passed in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the respondents state that fresh tender has been awarded by the Department of Revenue to M/s Bunches. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the present writ petition and the application are dismissed as infructuous.
