% 31.05.2017 CM No.22064/2017 (by R-1 to 5 for release of amount) By the Court's order dated 07.09.2016, the compensation amount of Rs.14,00,576/- was reduced to Rs.13,50,576/- along with interest at the rate of 9% per annum.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the accident happened on 17.03.2010. More than seven years have passed since then and the beneficiaries have received no monies so far. The respondent No.1 is 33 years old having three minor children i.e. respondents No. 2 to 4. He seeks release of the entire money.

In the circumstances, le the monies be released to the beneficiaries of the Award as specified therein.

The application stands disposed off.
