% 22.03.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has become infructuous as the W.P.(C) 3884/2013 in which the interim orders dated 27th January, 2015, 17th March, 2015 and 20th April, 2015 were passed, has been disposed by the Writ Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner is contemplating to avail appropriate legal remedies against the final order passed in the Writ Petition.

This petition and the pending applications are disposed of as infructuous.
