The prayers in the writ petition are as under:- (a) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s) directing the respondent No.1 to exclude khasra No.569, 569 & 687 of Village Maidan Garhi, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi by issuing necessary corrigendum to notification dt. 4.4.1996 issued by respondent no.1.

(b) To direct the respondent No.2 to make necessary corrections in the revenue record of Village Maidan Garhi, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi and exclude khasra No.569, 569 & 687 of Village Maidan Garhi, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi from the ridge area."

Prima facie, this Court is of the view that the petition is hit by delay

and laches. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, certain documents have not been annexed with the writ petition. He intends to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with all necessary documents.

Subject to the petitioner satisfying the aspect of delay and laches, the writ petition as well as accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
