% 04.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner had sought quashing of the notice dated 11th January, 2016 issued by the respondent/ CBI directing the petitioner not to leave the country without the permission of the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has become infructuous for the reason the petitioner has been shot dead at Chandigarh.

Petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn.
