O R D E R
% 12.07.2017 Ld. Counsel for the respondent no.1 states that the following actions have come to be initiated by respondent no.1 vis-a-vis the property, subject matter of the writ petition : (i) work stop notice issued to the police;
(ii) letters to the concerned authorities for disconnection of electricity and water connections; (iii) prosecution for unauthorized construction;
(iv) demolition action was undertaken on 1.5.2017, and, thereafter, the property was also sealed on 9.6.2017;
(v) FIR for the removal of the seal with the concerned PS; and;
(vi) demolition action for further removal of
unauthorized construction, is scheduled for 21.7.2017.
Mr. Uppal, ld. Sr. Counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 on his part submits that the respondent no.2 has already assailed orders/notices issued qua the subject property before AT, MCD and, steps have also been taken, for regularisation of the deviations. In the given situation, nothing survives in the instant petition. Should the petitioner find that the respondent on.1 is failing in discharge of its duties in future, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Court afresh.
Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
