Mohsin Israily, counsel for the petitioner that he is the private owner of the public property who has challenged the action of the Municipal Corporation by way of statutory appeal before the ATMCD being Appeal No. 954/AT/MCD/2017 S.N. Verma v. EDMC proceedings

whereof are pending and therefore, does not press this writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
