% 29.10.2018 By this petition, the petitioner has sought first spell of furlough for a period of 3 weeks.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State has handed over a status report as per which the petitioner has availed furlough with effect from 10th October, 2018 for three weeks. The petitioner having been granted furlough, present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
