Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she obtained instructions from the petitioner through Video Conferencing and the petitioner informed that he has no other address except the two as mentioned in the memo of parties.

Status report has already been filed by the State mentioning therein that the addresses given by the petitioner in the memo of parties are incorrect.

In the given circumstances, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court as and when he is able to furnish the correct address where he can stay in case his prayer for grant of parole is allowed. 4.

Petitioner be informed about the orders passed through the concerned Jail Superintendent.
