% 09.01.2018 1.

By this petition the petitioner had sought parole after the competent authority declined to grant parole to the petitioner vide communication dated 8th June, 2017. The petitioner sought parole to re-establish ties. 2.

As per the nominal roll after the rejection order dated 8th June, 2017, the petitioner has been granted furlough twice by the competent authority for a period of two weeks w.e.f. 2nd August, 2017 and 18th October, 2017. 3.

Considering that the petitioner has already been granted furloughs which would have enabled him to maintain social ties this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.

4.

Petition is dismissed.
