% 13.09.2017 CM No.33461/2012 The petition has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 21.7.2017 and taken up on CM No.33461/2012 filed on behalf of the applicant respondent No.1 seeking that the Court appreciates its concern and directions as detailed in paragraphs 18 of the application and seeks clarification and observations in this regard to avoid any conflict/confusion and any further litigation with regard to the length of service, status being on duty during the period of suspension and other issues relating to the petitioner.

Para 18 of the said application reads to the effect: "That the Respondent College is not authorized to endorse/verify or state that the Petitioner is deemed to be on duty and the length of her teaching experience is 8 years and 4 months."

Vide the judgment dated 21.7.2017 in W/P/(C) 5563/2017 itself observations in paragraph 40 thereof are categorical to the effect that the enquiry proceedings then pending against the petitioner thereof

have essentially to apparently continue as per rules. The application is thus dismissed.
