(MISC.) 20/2018 This is a joint application filed by the parties to the arbitration under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties. For the reasons stated in the application, the time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of six months till 21.02.2019. The application is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to cost.
