% 07.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 26th November, 2009 (Annexure-'C'). Marriage between the petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce dated 19th July, 2013 passed by the Family Court, New Delhi District, Patiala House Court.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court who has been identified by the Investigating Officer. She admits having settled the matter with the petitioner no.1 and his family members, that is, petitioner nos. 2 to 5 voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. It is noted that respondent no.2 has
remarried.
Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances, FIR No. 94/2010 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at police station CAW/Nanak Pura and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
