% 21.02.2017 It is submitted that petitioner was working with respondent no.2. He withdrew certain amounts, as detailed in the FIR, from the bank accounts of respondent nos.2 & 3.

FIR No.135/2013 under Sections 34/408/419/420/467/468/471 IPC was registered at police station Patel Nagar on the complaint of respondent no.2. Petitioner and respondent nos.2 & 3 have settled their disputes amicably. Respondent nos.2 & 3 are present in Court and submit that they have settled the matter with petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. It is further submitted that respondent nos.2 & 3 had also filed a case against Allahabad Bank wherein petitioner was also a party. The said suit has already been withdrawn on 9th February, 2017. Respondent nos.2 & 3

further submit that they have already received `6,90,000/- out of the total settled amount from petitioner. Remaining amount of `2,02,000/- has been paid by petitioner to respondent no.2 today in Court by way of a demand draft drawn in the name of M/s. D. S. Traders, which is the proprietor firm of respondent no.2. Respondent nos.2 & 3 further submit that FIR may be quashed as a whole as they do not wish to pursue the matter against respondent no.4 as well in view of the settlement arrived at between petitioner and respondent nos.2 & 3.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, FIR No.135/2013 under Sections 34/408/419/420/467/468/471 IPC registered at police station Patel Nagar is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
