% 03.11.2017 Petitioner has filed the present petition alleging unauthorised construction in the property bearing no.F-13/33, measuring 120 sq yds, Khasra No.87, Khajoori Road, Gali No. 13, Joga Bai, Okhla, New Delhi-110025.
In the status report for the action taken, filed on behalf of SDMC, it is stated as under:- 'On 27.06.2017 it was noticed by the concerned staff that the owner/ builder of the subject property has raised further unauthorised construction in the shape of first floor and second floor, accordingly, same was also booked u/s 343/344 of the DMC Act vide U/c file No.347/B/UC/EE/(B)-I/CNZ/2017 dated 27.06.2017 and another letter bearing no.134/AE(B)-VII/Central Zone/2017 dated 26.05.2017 u/s 344 (2) of the DMC Act was also sent to the SHO, PS Jamia Nagar with the request to get the unauthorised construction activity stopped at this property. The
copy of the letter dated 26.05.2017 is annexed herewith as Annexure:R2.
That letter for disconnection of electricity and water supply were sent to the concerned authorities of BSES and Delhi Jal Board and Sub-Registrar was also requested not to register this property under Indian Registration Act, 1908.' In view of the action taken, nothing survives in the petition and the same is disposed off accordingly.
