% 06.02.2019 Parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 13.12.2018. Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff points out that apart from the parties to the suit there are certain confirming parties/ other relatives who have also signed the Settlement Agreement namely, Mr.Rakesh Mehra, Mr.Sonu Mehra, Ms.Sapna Mehra, Mrs.Meera Mehra and; Ms.Chhaya Mehra and Ms.Ekta Mehra. The said confirming parties are also under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC impleaded as necessary and proper parties to the present suit. Amended Memo of Parties be filed by the plaintiff. The terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement are legal and valid. Parties including the newly impleaded parties have signed each page of the Settlement Agreement. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.

A decree is passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Suit and pending applications stand disposed of accordingly. FEBRUARY 06, 2019/n JAYANT NATH, J
