CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR

O R D E R

% 07.07.2017 In the present case, a show cause notice had been received by the petitioner on 27.01.2017. He had filed his reply on 14.02.2017. His grievance is that till he has not heard anything from the Department. His admission process has been stalled in terms of the circular dated 21.06.2017. Learned counsel for the respondent points out that inspection qua the petitioner had been conducted in July, 2016. Certain clarifications had been sought by the DGT from the State Authorities which is also so in the instant case and a communication to this effect has been placed on record. Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes that the reply/representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2017 shall be positively disposed of on or before 30.07.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that the preliminary process of the admission should be permitted and even if

fee is not to be deposited which may be from 01.08.2017 (in terms of the circular dated 21.06.2017), the preliminary process of admission should not be stalled. Ordered accordingly. The preliminary process of admission may be initiated by the petitioner but since the representation of the petitioner shall be disposed of on or before 30.07.2017, the deposit of fee which even otherwise has to commence from 01.08.2017 shall not be undertaken.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
