3. Mr. Siddhartha Shankar Ray, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he will produce the original C Form before the concerned VATO within one week from today. Within one week thereafter the refund amount together with the interest due thereon will be credited directly to the bank account of the Petitioner. As regards the

interest payable for the period of non-production of the C Form the payment thereof would be subject to outcome of the appeal filed by the Department in the Supreme Court against the decision dated 19th January 2017 of this Court in W.P. (C) No. 10701 of 2016 (Vizien Organics Ltd. v. Commissioner)
