CM No.23656/2017 By this application, the appellant seeks condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned.

LPA 449/2017 & CM No.23654/2017 This appeal is directed against interim order dated 24.05.2017 passed

by the learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge has directed that any action taken by the respondents on the slot sale policy would be subject to further orders of the Court. The writ petition is coming up before the learned Single Judge on 24.07.2017. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, who are the contesting respondents, gives an assurance to the Court that no adjournment shall be sought by the respondent Nos.2 and 3 when the matter is taken up by the learned Single Judge on 24.07.2017. Mr.Sharma also states that reply in the writ petition will be filed within a week.

In these circumstances, counsel for the appellant does not press the present appeal and the same is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending application is also disposed of.
