% 04.12.2017 The efforts to locate the missing son of the petitioner Akash have not yielded any results till date. The status reports filed on record show that the police has followed up all possible leads. Unfortunately, none of them have thrown up any avenues which could further be explored to locate the missing son of the petitioner. The missing son of the petitioner was 20 years of age when he went missing on 23.08.2016.

In these circumstances, we direct that the efforts to locate the missing son of the petitioner should continue and the petitioner should be kept informed of any further development in the matter. In case the petitioner receives any information which may help in locating her son and the same is provided to the I.O., the I.O. shall follow the leads provided by the petitioner. The petitioner should be kept informed of the further development in the matter.
