2. Notice. Notice is accepted by Mr Siddharth Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents.

3. It is stated by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the claim is for 4th quarter of 2016 - 2017 in respect of which time limit for processing and issuing the refund order is still not offered.

4. Consequently, it is directed that the refund order be issued within four weeks from today and the refund amount be deposited into the account of the Petitioner directly along with interest accrued thereon not later than two weeks thereafter.

5.In case of any non-compliance with the above directions, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

6. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
