3. Ms. Nidhi Raman, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents. Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that if a time-bound direction is issued, the Respondents will abide by it.

4. The Respondents are directed to issue refund order within four weeks from today. Within one week thereafter the refund amount together with the

interest due thereon will be credited directly to the bank account of the Petitioner. If there is non-compliance with this direction it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
