O R D E R

% 08.03.2019 The parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and have entered into a settlement agreement dated 05.03.2019.

The settlement agreement is duly executed and signed by the plaintiff, defendant No.1 and defendant No.2. The settlement agreement is also signed by the learned counsel for the parties and by the learned mediator. In terms of the settlement agreement, the parties have determined their shares in the properties at A-1, Shivalik, New Delhi-110017; House No.495B, Sector 22B, Gurgaon;

Plot measuring Sq.Yds.

in Sarvamangal Society, Zirakpur, Punjab; and other assets. The terms and conditions of the settlement agreement dated 05.03.2019 is legal and valid.

The parties are also present in person and are duly identified by the learned counsel for the parties. The parties undertake to the court that they will remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement. A decree is passed in terms of the settlement agreement. Suit and all pending applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly. The next date namely 11.04.2019 stands cancelled.

The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fees under section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
