% 19.09.2018 At the outset, Ms. Kamna Vohra, the learned counsel for the State submits that the petition is not maintainable, especially since the petitioner did not file any complaint before any senior authority of the Delhi Police apropos the allegations made in the petition. In the circumstances, it is directed that this petition be treated as the petitioner's representation to the DCP of the area concerned. The petitioner shall be interacted with and his grievances shall be looked into by the DCP concerned and a decision on the same shall be taken and duly communicated to the petitioner in the next four weeks. The petition is disposed off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
