By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file Special Leave Petition. Status Report has been handed over in Court and is taken on record.

As per the Status Report, the family of the petitioner was not found residing on the address given in the petition i.e. B-118/1, Gali No.9, Bhajanpura, Delhi but was found residing on rent at B-334, Gali No.4, Bhajanpura, Delhi.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has roots in the society and his conviction in appeal was upheld by this Court on 6th January, 2017 this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. 4.
It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for W.P.(CRL) 1918/2017
filing Special Leave Petition for a period of four weeks on his furnishing personal bond in this sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM concernd, further subject to the condition that petitioner will not leave Delhi in the period of parole without prior permission of this Court 5.
Petition is disposed of.
