% 17.10.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 14.06.2017 whereby his request for modification of the order of furlough and dispensing with the requirement of providing surety has been rejected. Ms.Nandita Rao, ASC has drawn the attention of this Court to the nominal roll which indicates that the petitioner was granted parole and furlough a number of times and on all such occasions he was asked to furnish surety which he did furnish.

No good ground has been made out by the petitioner for dispensing with the aforesaid requirement.
