% 14.07.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although he had been permitted in the year 2011-12 to carry out the General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) course, yet thereafter on the subsequent inspection carried out by the department this inspection has been revoked. This was vide communication dated 07.08.2012. Petitioner is aggrieved. His submission is that in spite of repeated reminders and requests made to the department to re-inspect his premises, it is not working with the department. The petitioner was earlier carrying out his activity from the rental accommodation but thereafter he has shifted to his own building situated at Gormi District, Bhind; his submission is that he had sent a communication dated 21.08.2015 to the department asking them to re-inspect his premises at this new address.

Learned counsel for the respondent on advance notice has put in appearance. His submission is that all the formalities and guidelines as is contained in the Brochure have to be strictly adhering to by the petitioner.

On the petitioner making an appropriate proposal to the department alongwith the documents within outer limit of three weeks, the same shall be considered and answered by the department in accordance with law. No further orders are called for in this petition.

Petition is disposed of.
