Since the issue is same in both the petitions, therefore, these petitions are being disposed of vide this common order. 2.

Vide the present petitions, the petitioners seek direction thereby quashing FIR No.533/2014 dated 26.07.2014, registered at PS - R.K.

Puram, for the offences punishable under Sections 354A(1)/509/506/34 IPC and all other proceedings emanating therefrom. 3.

Notice issued.

Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State and respondent no.2 and with the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present petitions are taken up for final disposal.

The present petitions are filed on the ground that the parties have settled their disputes amicably and without any pressure. 6.

Respondent No.2 is personally present in Court and she has been identified by SI Amar Singh/IO and submits that the matter has been settled and she has no objection if the present FIR is quashed against the petitioner and other accused persons namely Paul Kahle and Sahej Khanna. 7.

Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to quash the concerned FIR as no useful purpose would be served in prosecuting the petitioner any further.

For the reasons afore-recorded, the FIR No.533/2014 dated 26.07.2014, registered at PS - R.K. Puram, for the offences punishable under Sections 354A(1)/509/506/34 IPC and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

The petitions are allowed and disposed of accordingly. 10.

Order dasti.
