After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the appellant will deposit before the trial court within a period of two months from today a sum of Rs.20 lacs, and which amount will be kept in a fixed deposit till the disposal of the suit and will abide by the final judgment to be passed in the suit. On such deposit being made the appellant is granted leave to defend the suit.

It is agreed that both the parties will not take more than four opportunities each to complete evidences of their witnesses as examinationin-chief, and no further opportunity will be granted to any of the parties.

Trial court is requested to ensure that final arguments in the suit are completed within a period of four months of completion of evidence. 4.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent order. 5.

Parties to appear before the District and Sessions Judge, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 30.8.2018 and the District and Sessions Judge will mark the suit to a competent court in accordance with law. VALMIKI J. MEHTA, J JULY 27, 2018 ib
