% 03.04.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing/removal of the name of the petitioner from the history sheet and surveillance register maintained by the respondent.

On a notice being issued a status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report the history sheet of the petitioner has been downgraded. On instructions from the SHO concerned learned ASC for the State submits that the history sheet of the petitioner has been converted to personal file. In view of the facts that the history sheet has been converted to personal file, no further order is required to be passed in this present petition.

Petition is disposed of.
