% 17.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner has sought parole to file a Special Leave Petition and arrange learned counsel and funds for the same. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions submits that the petitioner has already preferred a Special Leave Petition (SLP) before the Hon'ble Supreme Court through legal aid provided in jail and the petition for SLP has been dispatched from the jail on 14th December, 2017. Hence no case for grant of parole on the ground that the petitioner has to file SLP has been made out.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
