% 27.08.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the concerned Investigating Officer/ SHO to file the FSL report before the concerned Trial Court immediately in case no. CC. 33/1/14 pending before the Court of Mr. Abhilash Malhotra, learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi in connection of FIR No. 390/2014 under Sections 419/420/468/471 IPC registered at PS I.P. Estate and to expedite the filing of the charge sheet. Learned ASC for the State on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that case FIR No. 390/2014 under Sections 419/420/468/471 IPC registered at PS I.P. Estate on the complaint of the petitioner, a closure report has been filed keeping respondent No. 2, Amit Guglani, in coloumn No. 12.

The petitioner who appears in person states that she has already filed a protest petition to the closure report filed by the police. Since the learned Trial Court is now ceased of the matter and the FSL report has already been received, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court except granting leave to the petitioner that in case she is aggrieved by the order of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, accepting the cancellation report, she would at liberty to take remedies as available in law. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
