O R D E R

% 18.09.2017 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with FIR No. 133/2017, dated 29.4.2017 (P.S. Khyala) instituted under Sections 380 and 488 of the IPC.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in fact the complainant of this case has been troubling her. She works as a domestic help and is required to feed many persons at home. In fact, she had, on the assurance of the complainant, invested money and now she is being threatened of dire consequences.

As directed by this Court, she has participated in the investigation.

Dr.M.P.Singh, learned APP on instructions from the I.O. of this case, has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation on 11.8.2017. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is inclined to confirm the

provisional anticipatory bail of the petitioner. In the event of arrest or surrender, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Court.

However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall keep on participating in investigation and would not evade the process of law. If the petitioner attempts to avoid the investigation, it would be open for the complainant or the State to take steps for cancellation of the bail granted to the petitioner.

The application stand disposed of accordingly. Dasti.
