The present petition has been filed against the order dated 02.11.2015 whereby the petitioner / accused was summoned to stand the trial under Section 500 IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as the complainant has already withdrawn his complaint vide order dated 03.01.2024. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
