O R D E R

% 18.04.2018 An affidavit of compliance in terms of the previous order has been filed by the Dy. Commissioner of respondent No.3-South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC).

It also states that Mr. Rajbir Singh, Assistant Engineer (Building), West Zone has been issued a warning with the directions to take the Court matters seriously. It is expected that this warning may be taken into consideration at the time of appraising the Annual Confidential Report of the said officer.

Since the deviations in the building have been compounded by depositing the necessary charges and the issuance of a Regularized Building Plan on 11.04.2018, the appellant's property bearing No.147A Vikrant

Enclave, Mayapuri, New Delhi, according to the SDMC, is not deemed to be in violation of the Building Bye-laws.

Nothing further requires to be done in the matter. The letter of the SDMC dated 11.04.2018 is on record at page No. 216 of the paper book.

The appeal alongwith pending applications stands disposed off in the above terms.
