W.P.(C) 5601/2017 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an email has been received from the patent office which states that a hearing under Section 14 of the Patents Act, in the instant application, would be organized shortly The learned counsel for the respondent states, on instructions, that barring unforeseen circumstances, the hearing would be scheduled within a period of two weeks from today. The learned counsel for the respondent further states that the respondent shall also endeavour to pass an appropriate order as expeditiously as possible.

In this view, no further orders are required to be passed in the petition and the same is disposed of.
