The challenge in the above captioned petitions is to impugned order of 15th May, 2017 vide which application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. of respondent-CBI has been allowed by the trial court.

Since vide separate order in Crl.M.C. 2594/2012 proceeding arising out of RC No. 9(s)/1998, titled as CBI Vs. (i) V. Balasubramanian (ii) A.N.
