1. Notice. Mr. Saurabh Chadha, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents. Mr. Chadha submits that the refund order would be issued within three weeks.

2. It is accordingly directed that the refund order be issued within three weeks. The refund amount together with the interest due thereon will be credited directly to the account of the Petitioner not later than one week thereafter.
