% 03.12.2018 Of the various reliefs sought, the petitioner's car bearing No. DL-8CZ-3915 has been given to him and the matter has been transferred to the other Investigation Unit. Apropos the delay in the said process, and the action of the IO, the Deputy Commissioner of Police of the area concerned shall look into the matter and pass such directions or orders as he may deem appropriate in the next three weeks with due intimation to the petitioner. Should the petitioner have any grievance, it will be upon for him to seek legal remedies.
