% 18.07.2017 It is submitted that respondent no.2 and petitioner have settled their disputes before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi on 27th March, 2017 vide Annexure P-3, therefore, FIR No. 174/13 under Sections 323/341/354/509 IPC registered at police station Roop Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court with her counsel. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not interested in pursuing the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that parties have settled their disputes before the

Mediation Centre and the fact that respondent no.2 is not interested in pursuing the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 174/13 under Sections 323/341/354/509 IPC registered at police station Roop Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
