O R D E R

% 27.11.2017 Respondent no.2-Ms. Neetu is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Bharat of police station Civil Lines. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner no.1 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that her marriage with petitioner no.1 has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce by mutual consent dated 26th February, 2016 passed by the Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. She has no objection in case FIR is quashed against the petitioner no.1 and his relatives, that is, petitioner nos. 2 to 12. Affidavit of respondent no.2 is also on record wherein she has categorically stated that she has no objection

if FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 73/2005 under Sections 498-A/323/324/34 IPC registered at police station Civil Line and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
