CORAM:

HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE C.HARI SHANKAR

O R D E R

% 12.03.2018 1.

This writ petition has been filed complaining against a single farm house in Lado Sarai. The writ petitioner has not even impleaded the owner of the property.

2.

Mr.Ajjay Aroraa, learned Standing Counsel for SDMC points out that this writ petition has been filed by Mr.Pawan Kumar Jha claiming to be a member of the petitioner society. The same person, as Vice-Chairman of another society i.e. the Parivartan

Foundation, has also filed other similar writ petitions. The Parivartan Foundation was registered as a society only in the year 2017. We also have grave reservations about the bona fide of the petitioner organisation.

3.

We express grave reservations about the motive in filing this writ petition singling out a property. However, we refrain from making further enquiries and only offer a note of caution to the petitioner to not to attempt such abuse the process of law. 4.

This writ petition clearly seems dishonest and motivated. 5.

This writ petition is dismissed.
