In this petition for execution of a money decree, part payment has been made to the counsel for the Decree Holder by the counsel for the Judgment Debtor.

The counsel for the Judgment Debtor states that the balance decreetal amount shall be paid in monthly instalments of Rs.4 lacs each, with effect from January, 2018, with each instalment being paid by 10th of each month.

The Execution Petition is disposed of.

Needless to state that in case the Judgment Debtor defaults, the Decree Holder shall be entitled to apply for execution by setting out the mode in which execution is sought.
