% 27.02.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 118/2015, under Sections 384/506/120B of IPC registered at police station Sagar Pur, Delhi and summoning order of 28th September, 2016 is sought in this petition. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioners submits that permission be granted to petitioners to urge the pleas taken herein, before the trial court at the charge stage.

In view of the above, this petition and the application are disposed of, as not pressed with liberty to petitioners to urge the pleas taken herein before trial court at the charge stage and after taking note of the submissions so advanced on behalf of petitioners, the trial court shall pass a speaking order thereon.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of, while not commenting upon the merits of this case.
