% 19.01.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.3 has since expressed his disconnection with petitioner No.1 and, therefore, the petitioner as of now has no apprehension of any threat or harm from him. Counsel for the petitioner, accordingly, seeks that the protection already granted may be continued and the petition be disposed of. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 01.12.2016.
