1. Learned counsel for the Respondents states that refund is under process.

2. It is directed that the refund order be issued within four weeks from today and the refund amount along with interest accrued thereon be credited directly to the account of the Petitioner within one week thereafter.

3. In the event the Petitioner has any grievance regarding non-complaince with the above directions, it would be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
