% 02.08.2017 Learned counsel for the parties state that they have settled the disputes. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the minutes of meetings held on 17.07.2017 and 18.07.2017 and 28.07.2017. The minutes of meetings have been produced in Court and the same are taken on record.

The parties have settled in terms of Clause A to D of the minutes of the meeting dated 28.07.2017 read with minutes of meetings dated 17.07.2017 and 18.07.2017.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the petition be disposed of in terms of Clause A to D of the minutes of the meeting dated 28.07.2017 read with minutes of meetings dated 17.07.2017 and 18.07.2017.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the contractual O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 252/2017

terms between the parties stand modified in terms of the above referred minutes of meetings. Both the parties undertake to remain bound by the same.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of Clause A to D of the minutes of the meeting dated 28.07.2017 read with minutes of meetings dated 17.07.2017 and 18.07.2017.
