1. Notice. Mr.Varun Nischal, the learned counsel accepts notice for the Respondent and states that the refund of the Petitioner is already being processed.

2. It is accordingly directed that within four weeks from today the refund order will be passed and within a week thereafter, the refund amount together with interest shall be paid directly to the account of the Petitioner. In the event there is any non-compliance with the above order or if there is any grievance, it is open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
