After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Arbitral Tribunal for permitting the petitioner to file a Statement of Defence. 2.
In view of the fact that this Court had granted stay of the proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal, it would be necessary to extend the period of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to make an award. 3.
The petitioner would be at liberty to file a Statement of Defence before the Arbitral Tribunal. If such Statement of Defence is filed within three weeks from today, the Arbitral Tribunal shall consider the petitioner's request to recall its order closing the petitioner's right to file the Statement
