ORDER
% 27.11.2017 By these petitions, it has been prayed that following cross-FIRs may be quashed:- a) FIR No. 60/2014 under Sections 323/354/506/509 IPC registered at police station Sangam Vihar, on the
complaint of Smt. Dheerwati Devi (respondent no.2 in Cr1. M.C. 2542/2017 and petitioner no.2 in Cr!. M.C. 263 4/20 17);
b) FIR No. 61/2014 under Sections 341/323/506/34 IPC registered at police station Sangam Vihar, on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Mohniya (respondent no.2 in Cr!.M.C. 2634/2017 and petitioner no.2 in Crl.M.C. 2542/2017).
It is submitted that petitioners and private respondents, in both the petitions, are neighbours. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which led to the incident resulting in registration of abovementioned cross FIRs. With the interventions of their common friends, accused persons and complainants have settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations in future, therefore, aforesaid FIRs and the consequent proceedings may be quashed. Complainants, in both the a petitions, are present in Court and have been identified by SI Parmod Kumar of police station Sangam Vihar. They admit having settled the matter with accused persons of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercions. They have no objection in case both the FIRs are quashed. Keeping in view the facts as detailed above, in the interest of justice, afore-mentioned FIRs and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
